Matthias Häfliger from Switzerland asks Team MILRAM: What's the day of a physio at the Tour de France like?
A physio's day at the Tour de France begins early. Getting up is at seven in the morning, for the physios are in charge of the pros' feeding on the course. So first of all, food and drink are prepared and filled into cool bags and feeding bags. After that, everything is loaded - one part in the sport director's car, who supplies the pros on the course. The rest into the physios' car. After the start, they follow the pros on the course, to the feeding zone. Here, it is their job to hand the feeding bags to the passing riders. From there, it goes to the finish area, where the physios provide the pros with food, drink, towels and warm clothes after their arrival. In the evening, in the hotel, the physios are in charge of the riders' muscles. They do the daily massages and make the legs ready for the next day. Ruben Korr asks Christian Knees: What is the geometry of your bike's frame?
Christian Knees: "I used to ride with frams that were one size smaller. This I compensated with spacers (used to adjust the fork to the ideal position). Now, my frame is adjusted to my size. When I came to Team MILRAM, I was completely measured by Ernesto Colnago and a corresponding frame was built for me. But I don't have any frame geometry that suits me especially. I personally take what's given to me."

Bernhard Kreitmeier asks Team MILRAM: Team MILRAM rides tube tyres with imprints. From which manufacturer are these and where can I buy them?
Team MILRAM rides tube tyres from Panaracer. However, these are a custom product for the team. Usually, Panaracer does not produce tube tyres. For this reason, the tyres Team MILRAM rides cannot be bought. Tube tyres by other producers, however, are available in every cycling store.

René Bucher from Switzerland asks Team MILRAM: I would like to know how the injured and convalescent riders are feeling now?
Fabio Sacchi, Volodymyr Diudia and Björn Schröder are fine, they already returned to the races. Marco Velo is feeling better, he started riding his bike again. However, he is only allowed to ride for an hour a day. It's similar for Dennis Haueisen. He is also back on his bike, doing a loose training.
At the Giro d'Italia Alberto Ongarato and Fabio Sabatini had to give up due to injuries. Alberto Ongarato was involved in a mass crash on the fourth stage in which he contracted an injury at his knee. After the injury didn't get better he had to give up. While Ongarato is feeling better and exercising again, Fabio Sabatini had worse luck. He was also involved in the mass crash. After he gave up on the 14th stage a partial fracture of the thigh was diagnosed. He has to pause for 15 days now.
