Team MILRAM with a triumvirate to Amstel Gold Race

Erik Zabel, Igor Astarloa and Mirco Celestino are on top of Team MILRAM's selection for the Amstel Gold Race on Sunday. The special feature of the season's eighth ProTour-race is it's permanent up and down. Therefore Gianluigi Stanga sends an experienced all-rounder team to the Netherlands.
"It's a very bad moment for the whole Team MILRAM. We had a lot of crashes and we are demoralised," said Stanga after Elia Rigotto's crash at the Scheldeprijs. "But we go to Amstel and the Fleche Wallone with Zabel, Astarloa, Celestino and Grivko to give our best. These races are part of the season's highlights and I hope we'll have some good luck," the team manager, who is in charge of the team in the province of Limburg, said.
